This is a plain-English summary in the almanac's own voice, but it is a real, binding agreement between you and Noesis Software Solutions, Inc. ("we," "us," the operator of Clay's Almanac). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to it.
Your account, login credentials, and the predictions themselves are for your own use. Sharing your login, reselling picks, posting them to a group chat or forum, or otherwise letting someone who hasn't paid ride along on your subscription is not allowed.
Sharing predictions or credentials is grounds for immediate termination of your account, with no refund — in full or in part, for the current billing period or any remaining prepaid term.
Paid plans (Rookie and Starter tiers, across NBA, WNBA, and combined access) are billed through Stripe on a monthly, season-long, or multi-season ("through 2027") basis, as described on the plan you select at checkout. Stripe processes your payment directly — Clay's Almanac never sees or stores your card number.
Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Season and multi-season plans run for the stated term and do not auto-renew unless the checkout page says otherwise. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not itself refund time already paid for, except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout.
Clay's Almanac publishes model predictions and editorial commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any result, sports or otherwise. We are not responsible for gambling losses, wagering decisions, or any other outcome — good or bad — arising from anything you read here.
This applies beyond sports, too: our travel, food, and money-talk departments describe things as we found them, but prices change, venues close, and road conditions vary. Do your own research before you rely on anything in this almanac for a decision that matters to you.
Don't scrape, automate access to, or bulk-download the site or its predictions outside of normal browser use. Don't attempt to bypass the subscriber paywall, rate limits, or authentication. The models, predictions, editorial copy, design, and code that make up Clay's Almanac are the property of Noesis Software Solutions, Inc.; a subscription grants you a licence to read and use them for yourself, not to republish or redistribute them.
We may update these terms as the site grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
